Space Reservation & Payments: Sponsorships and advertising placements are subject to editorial review and approval. Ad space, directory listings, and category exclusivity are strictly locked in upon payment confirmation or executed agreement.

Non-Refundable: Once a sponsorship is approved and payment is received, all sponsorship fees and ad purchases are non-refundable, as funds are committed to print production, paper procurement, category reservation, and local distribution.

Publication Schedule & Automatic Issue Rollover: Target publication dates, production timelines, and seasonal issue targets are estimated release windows. In the event that distribution of an issue (including Issue 1) is rescheduled, deferred, or delayed beyond the targeted launch window, all reserved advertisement placements, artwork, and sponsor category exclusivity rights shall automatically roll over to the subsequent scheduled issue at no additional cost to the Advertiser. Schedule adjustments shall not constitute a breach of contract or entitle the Advertiser to a refund.

Rejections & Cancellations: If a sponsorship submission is rejected during initial editorial review prior to payment, no charges will apply. In the event that Los Altos Hills Community Voice permanently cancels an issue prior to print production, the publisher’s sole liability will be a full refund of any sponsorship payments collected for that specific canceled issue.
